We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (if available).
6. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your order details.
7. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Orders are shipped through registered courier companies or India Post. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
8. Delays in Delivery
We are not responsible for courier delays due to weather, transportation issues, strikes, or operational delays.
9. Accuracy of Shipping Details
Customers must provide the correct name, phone number, and full address. Wrong or incomplete details may cause delays.
10. Courier Return (RTO)
If the courier returns the parcel due to non-response or wrong address, reshipping charges may apply.
11. Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
12. Order Cancellation by Seller
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment failure, or suspicious activity.
13. Return & Replacement Policy
Replacements are provided only for defective or damaged products. An unboxing video is mandatory for proof.
14. Refund Policy
Refunds are given only if a replacement is not possible. Refund will be processed within 3–7 working days.
15. No Return on Used Products
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing accessories are not eligible for return.
16. Warranty
Only products with a mentioned seller warranty are covered. Warranty does not cover physical or water damage.
17. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products.
18. User Account Responsibilities
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.
19. Misuse of Website
Any attempt to hack, misuse, or damage the website will lead to a permanent ban and legal action if required.
20. Intellectual Property Rights
All images, logos, text, and content belong to Tick Pods and cannot be copied without permission.
21. Fraud Orders
Fake or prank orders will be blacklisted. Legal action may be taken in severe cases.
