Refund & Return Policy


We at Royal watch ensure quality-checked products before shipping. Please read our return & refund terms carefully.


1. Return Window

We offer a 48-hour return/replacement window only in case of:

- Defective product

- Damaged product

- Wrong product received


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return or replacement, an original uncut unboxing video is mandatory.  

Without video proof, return or replacement cannot be approved.


3. Condition for Return

To be eligible:

- Product must be unused

- All accessories must be included

- Original box & packaging must be intact

- No physical or water damage


4. Return Not Accepted If:

- Product is used or damaged by the customer

- Accessories/box are missing

- No unboxing video is provided

- Wrong address given by customer

- Customer not answering courier calls (RTO cases)

- Discounted/sale items

- Hygiene-related products (like earbuds tips)


5. How to Request a Return

Email us at **thawani.rahul@gmail.com** within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Order ID  

- Unboxing video  

- Issue details

6. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved, we will send a replacement of the same product.  

Replacement is subject to product availability.  

If the product is not available, refund will be initiated.


7. Refund Process

Refund is issued only if:

- Replacement is not possible  

- Product received back in original condition  


Refund will be processed to the original payment method within **5–10 business days** after inspection.


8. Return Without Approval

Any item sent back without return approval will be rejected and no refund will be provided.


9. Courier Damage Cases

If the outer box is damaged at the time of delivery, please record a video and reject the parcel.  

Once accepted, courier damage claims cannot be raised.
